Design features of Halo Hat Wigs:

  • Comprised of a mid-length back piece plus a side fringe, attached to the single headband providing coverage around the full circumference of your head.
  • Hair pieces are removable, allowing them to be attached to two headbands (included) to wear them separately as well, depending on the hat and look you are after.
  • Curl, straighten, cut, colour, and style like your own hair, e.g. cut the side fringe into bangs, trim the back length into a bob, or add further layering around your face.

Shipping & Returns

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive an email confirming your order, and another notification when your order has shipped which includes your tracking information. 

We ship our products for free in Australia, and at a shared shipping cost for customers internationally, with the option to pay . The following prices are in AUD.

There are two Domestic shipping options available:

Australia Post Standard (3 to 7 business days) - FREE
Australia Post Express (2 to 5 business days) - $10

We offer International shipping to most countries. The default international shipping option is Australia Post's International Express service, which connects with the national postal service in your country. We also offer a DHL courier for a speedier delivery. The cost of these shipping options is as follows:

New Zealand (6 to 14 business days) - $1O AUD standard / $30
International (14 to 60 business days) - $15

This will deliver to your address, and if the package cannot be left in a safe place then the package will be sent to your local post office. If the package has not arrived within 2 weeks of your order please look up the tracking number, and make sure that it is not.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Our returns policy can be found here.

 

Dimensions

Hair piece is approximately 28cm wide (attaches to headband via Velcro)

Most colours are available in three lengths: short (8-9cm), medium (18-19cm) and long (25-30cm)

Headband is 4cm x 50cm circumference

Care Instructions

These fringes rarely need to be washed (once every second month will do it) as they are not absorbing oils from your scalp. Whenever you wish, just pop the headband in the washing machine, and gently hand-wash your fringe with baby shampoo in a bowl, rinse well and dry it on a towel. I bought this at the beginning of chemo and really love it. I wear it with some soft cotton headcloth beanies from Amazon. I also purchased some expensive full wigs locally and find myself wearing this halo more often as its more hip/youthful than the wigs, plus more comfortable. The real hair also is close to my original so I just feel more like myself.

Gorgeous hair and fantastic service

8nitoally I bought wigs whilst undergoing chemo but soon realised that these would be unbearable during several heatwaves in the UK.
I searched for alternatives and found Juliet who was so helpful over emails in finding the right option and colour.
I chose the DHL postage and the pieces arrived in 3 days!!!!
I had highlihts added by my hairdresser to make the colour more like my own.
I still wear wigs and scarves and the halo has been an invaluable addition to my hair options! I mainly wear it with a bucket hat and the halo gives you the option of just wearing the fringe or to add the back piece.
I love it!!

Item is as decribed. The band is super soft, and its really easy to adjust where the hair sits. The bangs are sduper long and will need a trimming, but otherwise its great!
