All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirming your order, and another notification when your order has shipped which includes your tracking information.

Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs and taxes (including VAT), depending on your country. This could be incurred at the time of purchase or once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hair For Hats has no control over these fees and is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, nor can we refund these costs if we paid them on your behalf. 

It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, Hair For Hats will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country). 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please check the tracking information or contact us at support@hairforhats.com with your name and order number, and we will be more than happy to look into it for you.

Damages and Issues 

We pride ourselves on quality control, checking each piece prior to sending it. However, if you feel the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at support@hairforhats.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, so that we can resolve it with you as quickly as possible.
