Made from 100% human hair, Hair for Hats is a comfortable alternative to full wigs for  people going through chemotherapy or alopecia. It is a wig band with just the right amount of hair attached, worn under all your hats, beanies and scarves. Here in a short fringe that can be worn at the front, back, or front and back (by attaching two pieces to the one headband to create a short "halo").

Shipping & Returns

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive an email confirming your order, and another notification when your order has shipped which includes your tracking information. 

We ship our products for free in Australia, and at a shared shipping cost for customers internationally, with the option to pay . The following prices are in AUD.

There are two Domestic shipping options available:

Australia Post Standard (3 to 7 business days) - FREE
Australia Post Express (2 to 5 business days) - $10

We offer International shipping to most countries. The default international shipping option is Australia Post's International Express service, which connects with the national postal service in your country. We also offer a DHL courier for a speedier delivery. The cost of these shipping options is as follows:

New Zealand (6 to 14 business days) - $1O AUD standard / $30
International (14 to 60 business days) - $15

This will deliver to your address, and if the package cannot be left in a safe place then the package will be sent to your local post office. If the package has not arrived within 2 weeks of your order please look up the tracking number, and make sure that it is not.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Our returns policy can be found here.

 

Dimensions

Hair piece is approximately 28cm wide (attaches to headband via Velcro)

Most colours are available in three lengths: short (8-9cm), medium (18-19cm) and long (25-30cm)

Headband is 4cm x 50cm circumference

Care Instructions

These fringes rarely need to be washed (once every second month will do it) as they are not absorbing oils from your scalp. Whenever you wish, just pop the headband in the washing machine, and gently hand-wash your fringe with baby shampoo in a bowl, rinse well and dry it on a towel. Best Hair for Hat Wearers!

I have been wearing my short fringe as well as my medium fringe for the last several months. I absolutely love both, especially the short fringe which I find super simple to wear. It looks like my real bangs underneath my hat. They are also much cooler (in temperature) compared to wearing wigs. The band stays well in place underneath my hats. I actually bought two wigs, but find the fringes so much fun to wear, low maintenance and more youthful in appearance. I also prefer to wear hats and the fringes are the perfect complement. In fact, I am about to order a second short fringe in silver/grey to change things up! So, as you can tell, I am a BIG fan of my “Hair for Hat” fringes. You can’t go wrong with them especially if you love wearing hats.

Best Hair for Hat Wearers!
