Care Instructions
Care Instructions
These fringes rarely need to be washed (once every second month will do it) as they are not absorbing oils from your scalp. Whenever you wish, just pop the headband in the washing machine, and gently hand-wash your fringe with baby shampoo in a bowl, rinse well and dry it on a towel. After 20 weeks of chemotherapy, I had hardly worn my wig that I had purchased, it was hot, itchy and kind of like wearing I tight pair of high heels!
I wondered how I was going to get through summer while my hair was growing back. I wanted to be able to wear a hat to protect my bald head from the sun, but still feel like a normal person, not a cancer patient.
So happy I found hair for wigs! It arrived in NZ just days after ordering and I instantly ordered a 2nd section of hair for the back. Awesome invention - thank you!
Thanks so much for your review Nicky! I hope you are now through the other side of chemo, and your hair grows back quickly! All my best wishes xoxo
This little hair piece is perfect. I have hair loss from chemotherapy and bought an expensive wig early on (which I also love on the right occasions) but I don’t always want to put the full wig on when I do a quick run to the shop or school pick up etc. I looked into making something up myself to wear under beanies but was then referred to Juliet by my lovely BCWA nurse. It is a simple idea which looks and feels great. The colour is very true to my real hair, my kids even thought my hair had grown back :)
Thank you Juliet for giving me another option to look good and feel better in what is a very upsetting time of my life.
My daughter found this wonderful wig solution and wore it every day when she went through cancer. It was comfortable to wear and looked fabulous!
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3..
1. PUT ON HEADBAND
Pull headband over head. Hair can be worn at the front or back depending on which style you'd like to go with for the day! Once on, tuck some hair behind your ears and style as you like.
2. PUT ON HAT
Pop on your favourite hat. It could be a sunhat, cap, newsboy hat, beanie, scarf or any other hat. Style as you like.
3. SMILE!
Our wig pieces are made out of human hair that looks real, because it is! Framing the face to give the appearance of a full head of hair while leaving your head cool and itch-free.
